Schwartz joins Haifa LC coaching staff

HAIFA, ISRAEL — Jeff Schwartz will join Haifa LC this summer as an Associate Head Coach for the club’s inaugural campaign in the Israel Premier Lacrosse League.

Schwartz, who will be paired with Head Coach Bill Beroza to lead the Haifa club, has previous experience at Lynchburg College, where he helped guide the Hornets to an NCAA Quarterfinal Apperance as a Graduate Assistant Coach in 2013.

He previously played for Lynchburg, serving as team captain in 2011 and 2012. Schwartz also has ties to the Boston area, as he attended high school at the Tabor Academy in Marion, MA.

Haifa LC and three other teams will be competing for the IPLL Championship, with the season kicking off in early July. For more information, visit www.israelleague.com.
