ASHKELON, ISRAEL — The Israel women’s national team has announced its roster for the New York Showcase weekend, which features games against New York Athletic Club and U-LAX New York.
The team meets an All-Star team from U-LAX New York on Saturday night at 7:15 PM at Wards Meadow Fields on Randalls Island, before meeting their counterparts from NYAC on Sunday at 12:00 PM at US Merchant Marine Academy’s Brooks Stadium in Kings Point, NY.
Israel’s roster for the weekend slate features players from the 2013 FIL World Cup and 2015 ELF European Championship teams, as well as other post-collegiate prospects. It is the last action for the Israel Women before July’s World Team tryouts in Be’er Sheva.

Israel National Team coaches Lauren Norris and Kim Dubansky will be on-hand to lead the blue-and-white.
The games are part of the Israel Lacrosse New York Showcase, which features Men’s, Women’s, Masters and Youth teams representing Israel against top teams from the United States.
