IPLL Designated Player List announced

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL — Israel Lacrosse has approved Designated Player List (DPL) applications for seven Israel-based athletes for the 2015 Israel Premier Lacrosse League season.

DPL athlete applications are approved on a case-by-case basis, to allow in-country lacrosse players the opportunity to compete at the highest level, regardless of their personal circumstances or level of availability. DPL athletes may be activated onto any IPLL roster for a 24-hour period upon direct approval by the Commissioner.

If circumstances allow, DPL athletes are strongly encouraged to shed their status and formally join an IPLL roster.

The seven athletes approved for the Designated Player List are:

M Sam Adler, SUNY Potsdam
F Alec Aloni, Israel Defense Forces
F Matthew Cherry, Dickinson
M Yochanan Katz, Colorado State
F Noah Miller, McGill
