Ori Bar David has been a driving force behind Israel Lacrosse and Netanya Lacrosse Club since 2014. His work has been crucial in building the sport’s presence in Israel, helping lacrosse gain recognition and respect nationwide. Ori’s dedication to growing the sport, from developing youth programs to expanding national teams, has established him as a key figure in Israel’s lacrosse community.
His international experience is extensive. Ori has represented Israel in major events like the 2016 Men’s U-19 World Championships, the 2017 Zombies Cup, the 2017 Men’s European Indoor Championships, and the 2018 Men’s World Championships, which took place in his hometown of Netanya. Recently, he joined the coaching staff for Israel’s U-21 National Team at the 2022 World Championships in Limerick, Ireland, and at the 2023 Men’s World Lacrosse Championships in San Diego, where his leadership helped guide the team to strong finishes.
Ori’s dedication has significantly increased lacrosse’s popularity in Israel.
