Lauren Norris

Lauren served as our first-ever Head Coach of the Israeli Women’s National Teams in the 2013 and 2017 World Championships, leading the women to finish 8th and 6th in the world respectively.  Since then, Lauren has been named Chair of Women’s National Teams. In her current role, she helps build our Women’s National teams for the 2022 World Championships and World Games. Prior to working with Israel Lacrosse, Lauren was a collegiate coach for ten years becoming the youngest Head Coach to win an NCAA National Championship in 2009 while being named the IWLCA Division III Coach of the Year and the Lacrosse Magazine Women’s Coach of the Year for all Divisions. “While I have had many amazing coaching moments, my most cherished ones are when I am in Israel with these women. There is something so special about sharing your love for the sport, your heritage, and your love for this country with others that enhances every experience.  I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to be a part of something so special and I am so honored to be able to give back to this organization that has given so much to me.”
