Israel Men’s Box Team to Open World Championship Against Mexico

The Israel Men’s Box National Team will open the World Lacrosse Box Championships with a night game against Mexico on Sept. 21. The 28-team event takes place from Sept. 20-29, 2024 in Utica, N.Y.


Israel is currently ranked 5th in the World and will compete in pool B. After opening pool play with Mexico, Israel will play Belgium (Sept. 22), and Hong Kong, China (Sept. 23). The playoffs will go from Sept. 24 through Sept. 29.

Saturday, September 21st: Mexico 7:45 p.m.
Sunday, September 22nd: Belgium 3:15 p.m.
Monday, September 23rd: Hong Kong, China 8:15 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept 25: First round playoffs
Thursday, Sept. 26: Quarterfinals
Friday, Sept. 27: Semifinals
Saturday, Sept. 28: Bronze medal game
Sunday, Sept. 29: Gold medal game
