The Israel Masters program is an affiliated group that organizes teams and events for “masters” (30+) lacrosse players (and supporters) who want to help drive the mission of Israel Lacrosse.
The Masters program gives many in our community the opportunity to further grow in both lacrosse and Judaism. They are deeply committed to both growing the game in Israel and in creating opportunities for Jews of all ages to enjoy engaging with our culture.
Traditionally the Israel Masters play in tournaments surrounding major International Championships. Additionally, In October 2021, they competed in the first International Masters Classic in the NYC area with teams representing Israel, Ireland, and Italy. This event looks to return in fall of 2022 with 2 divisions and four nations’ masters programs. The Masters are also planning to field teams in connection with upcoming festival tournaments associated with World Lacrosse events over the next few years.
