NETANYA, ISRAEL — Barak Netanya LC, the first Israeli club to participate in the Zombies Cup, has announced their roster and schedule for their March 31-April 2, 2017 slate at FC “BASK” in Belgrade, Serbia.
The “Lightning” will see pool play action against clubs from Austria (Vienna Monarchs), Bulgaria (Khans), and Slovenia (Olimpija). The top two finishers will advance to the Championship semifinals.
Competing in the tournament in the opposite fixture are clubs from Italy (Bocconi Pellicani), Russia (Hero City), the host Belgrade Zombies and a mixed Serbian team. The Russians are the defending champions, while Bocconi Pellicani won the title in 2015.
