Chag Sameach (חג שמח) from Israel Lacrosse! I hope everyone gets to spend this time with family and take a much-deserved break from our crazy lives these days! Below I have a couple of updates.
Spring Gap-Year Session:
Our Spring Gap-Year participants are almost all fully vaccinated and enjoying life to the fullest! Most recently, they took part in a glass blowing class, went hiking in Sde Boker, toured Caesarea, and are certainly coaching up a storm with all our youth programs. Currently, they are getting ready to bring in Passover. If you're not following along on our social media, the best way to view their progress is through the accounts linked below:

Domestic Lacrosse:
Not only are all our youth teams getting back to practice, but they are participating in a full-scale strength & conditioning program being run at our National Training Center under the direction of our S&C coach Arik "Eric" Rubenstein. For most, this is their first time ever picking up a weight. Also, 15 of our older players participating in our Leadership Development program are completing the CPR and injury treatment section of their sports coaching certification through the Wingate Institute. The course is composed of 130 hours of coaching methodology, sports science, and medicine.

Israel Lacrosse Gear Store:
